Pool Lounge is located in the gardens of the Sofitel in the heart of the neighborhood l’hivernage; it is an ideal place to enjoy wonderful cocktails, aperitifs and Mediterranean dishes with olive oil for a healthy and balanced meal with a magnificent view of the Atlas mountains. PRESENTATION

Sofitel Palais Imperial is the place to see and be seen, stop by for lunch, then soak up the sun on a day bed next to the pool, with a cocktail in hand.
The idea is to make a day of it, arrive in time for lunch or brunch by the heated pool (30 °c).
Sunday brunch and the rest of the week invites guests to take an international culinary trip, managed by Chef Francais Dominique Oudin. Flavours from Morocco, Asia, Italy and France are served at the buffet table.
